Thomas said he felt like Dracula and wanted a smoother appearance to his smile. A diagnostic waxup was created to prove that we could more evenly space his teeth to a “golden proportion.” After his approval, we provided him with four layered zirconia veneers on his upper front teeth and four layered zirconia crowns on the lowers, to achieve a long-lasting aesthetic result.

Rachel had bonding on several front teeth that was getting aged and weak and one tooth had chipped. First, we bonded her chipped tooth to get her by. Then, after performing a diagnostic waxup, we created e.max crowns on her four upper anterior teeth to give her a more beautiful smile that matched her face. What a radiant smile!

Lincoln had been restored a few times by various dentists and wanted to have a smile that finally felt like his own. We started with a waxup on study models to demonstrate better spacing and artistry. We then removed the old dental work and gave him provisional crowns that he could wear as a “test drive” of his new smile. We then gave him six new crowns. By restoring the natural contour of his teeth, we were able to position his midline back in the middle where it belongs and eliminate the “black triangle” between his two front teeth.

Brad wanted a smile that matched his million dollar personality. We used a combination of veneers and crowns on his six upper front teeth, carefully matching the shade to his existing lower teeth.

Lynda’s bridge had chipped and we replaced it and the adjacent crown with layered zirconia restorations. This is a new, high-tech material that has no metal substructure. This particularly appealed to her, since she has a metal allergy. The absence of metal also gives us a much more aesthetic result.

Bill had severely worn teeth due to a bruxism problem. We restored his upper and lower 6 front teeth with crowns and made a night guard to protect his new dental work from the grinding problem that ruined his natural teeth.
Severely worn teeth can be restored and by wearing a well-made night guard, the new teeth are protected from the bruxism that ruined the first ones.

Steven didn’t like the spaces between his teeth. The solution was 6 veneers on his upper front teeth. Because of functional issues, we created a harmonic cusp-rise occlusion to protect the veneers from improper lateral interferences.

Pam wanted a “fuller” smile and longer teeth. We placed veneers on her front six teeth and recontoured her lowers to a more aesthetic appearance.

Peter simply wanted whiter teeth and a “toothier” smile. By crowning his upper six front teeth, we were able to both remove old fillings and create his fuller smile.

Zach needed a tremendous amount of work performed but had limited financial resources. We were able to do completely rehabilitate his smile with composite fillings and only two crowns—on teeth #s 10 and 11 (the upper left lateral incisor and canine).
